Responsible and accountable for the planning activities related to specific NPI/NPD projects and the related phase-out, to meet launch timing, inventory and cost targets.Main responsibilities:- Represent and lead the Supply Planning activities related to NPD/NPI projects from the design phase to implementation. Support project team for decision making of Phase-in / phase-out plan and related commercial strategies approach based on timing and related financial risks (stock built, slow moving and obsolete products). - Define adequate ramp-up and ramp-down supply plans, translate into net requirements for production and MRP raw and packaging materials and work with stakeholders to secure execution;- Seek for the best trade-off scenario between Customer service / inventory / production cost. Secure the supply plans (definition and execution) with the factory; - Escalate delays and present end to end recommendations within Plan leadership including NTS risks, expedited logistics costs and other trade-offs. Present risk mitigation plan.

Responsible for maintain a balance net demand plan by SKU with short, mid and long term horizon taking into account demand and supply constraints. Interacting between the supply chain functions and the Affiliates teams to enable the delivering of operating profit, working capital and customer service goals for a given portfolio performing arbitration and decision taking in times of demand conflictMain responsibilities:- Understanding factory capacity, capabilities & processes: Reviews In-house toll constrained supply plan taking into account capacities and RM availabilities and defines supply priorities.- Coordinates and communicates proactively the resolution of supply issues (short fall & surpluses) with the different stakeholders. Identifying and prioritizing productions or deliveries - Running forecast simulations on forecasted demand evaluating inventory projection and coverage- Reviews regularly safety stock target policies with the markets via the Toolkit- Supports New Product Initiatives & Product Changeovers by ensuring on time supply availability for launch and minimizing inventory write-offs.- Releasing supply plan into firmed and planned orders- Maintaining Supply Master Data in R/3 and APO- Providing supply analysis, performance and KPI reports- Contributing to the continuous improvement through implementing new best practices and system enhancements

Job purpose:Plan and prepare production schedule for 4 bottling lines representing almost 50% of the plant production capacity. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Market Supply shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Main responsibilities:- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing schedule.- Plans and schedules the production on daily, weekly and long terms (12 Months) in order to fill full the production line capacity in conjunction with the maintenance activity of the production line and bottling test for new product.- Follow up with Procurement the logistics inbound of packaging and raw material for production.- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. - Prepares production reports. - Monitoring finished goods stock target- Actively support innovation and project management for launch of new product (schedule trials, write-off calculation, etc)

Job purpose:Develop, negotiate and execute contract agreements. Obtain and evaluate budgetary pricing and competitive bids for spare parts projects. Initiate and organize pre-bid meetings with suppliers and contractors. Coordinate and maintain MRO and Capex suppliers by processing requisitions and issuing purchase orders.Main responsibilities:- Collaboration in following up the execution of the contract and verification of the respect of the terms of the agreement;- Regular analysis of the business turn-over of the most relevant suppliers and monitor of market price trends in order to evaluate the best offers and suggest new and more convenient solutions;- Benchmark activities; - Sourcing responsibility for procurement of Capex, MRO and Facilities;

-Find raising activities; -Activation of financial support for regional, national and community laws;-Study in the feasibility of the projected ideas;-Co-ordination of work tables across EU countries-Co-ordination of a European project – Inter-regional project IIIC “Greening Regional Development Project”-relative to the destination of structural funds towards environment initiatives;-Organisation and Co-ordination of integrated local development plans for single and country communities;-Organising the budget relative to the project;-Participation at themed seminars abroad;-Activity in reporting the relative costs- financial management.
