As the PEW book conservation bench technician working on the Library's over-size rare book collection, I was responsible for photo documentation for pre-treatment reports and their production. Cleaning, dusting, consolidating and conditioning leather and vellum bindings, spine and hinge repairs and constructing long and short term custom storage boxes: double wall drop-spine clamshell and multi-use corrugated boxes. The position also called for implementing digital workflow standards, photography standards and color management standards.

Working with the Foundation on their flagship exhibition, Making Modernity, I was given access to high resolution scans of books, correspondence and art work from the collection, as well as access to the original objects. From the provided material I was able to accurately reproduce the priceless and fragile originals for permanent museum display.
