Since March 2022, I've served as Chief Product Officer at OCEANSAPART, leading the company through a period of significant change. In this role, I collaborated closely with the founder to shape the company's product future and drive business growth. I analyzed and developed strategies for the future product range, including exploring potential new categories and expanding into international markets. To optimize cost and quality, I managed and expanded international supplier relationships, overseeing all buying processes and negotiations. I also played a key role in the company's due diligence process, which prepared us for a successful sale.This was a dynamic period where I contributed to high-level company decisions through my participation in board meetings. I also maintained a strong focus on international trend research and market analysis to ensure our product strategy remained innovative and competitive.

I was promoted to lead the product department during a phase of rapid growth, overseeing all aspects of product development, production, and supplier management. I implemented systems and processes to streamline workflows and efficiently manage the increased workload.To enhance our production capabilities, I expanded the international supplier network beyond China, forging strong partnerships that improved product quality and cost-efficiency. I also spearheaded the development and implementation of an ESG strategy, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices throughout the supply chain.Throughout my tenure, I focused on driving continuous improvement of production and quality standards across our supplier base. I oversaw buying process negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing and quality for our products.

As the first product team member, I was instrumental in our growth from €0 to €100 million, developing top-selling products and building a high-performing product team. I established a reliable supplier network in the Far East, achieving consistent quality and cost control. My work laid the foundation for long-term product development success.

I excelled in my role as Senior Fashion Designer, driving process improvements and contributing to key collections. I led the product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from concept to production. I also spearheaded the creation of successful e-commerce collections and played a key role in enhancing trend input and aligning design with purchasing strategies.

I began my career as a Junior Fashion Designer, specializing in rapid response to market trends and short lead-time projects. I was a key member of the flash & repeat team, where I honed my skills in identifying emerging trends and quickly translating them into successful designs. I participated in the full design process, from concept development and trend research to sketching and final product realization.

During my traineeship, I immersed myself in the world of fashion design, contributing to various aspects of the design process and product development. I created textile artwork for special collections, showcasing my creativity and attention to detail. I also developed and delivered compelling sales presentations, honing my communication and presentation skills.I gained valuable experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements and streamlining workflows.
