- Ensure continual improvement of processes and conformity to statutory and regulatory requirement by leading and managing quality system activities for Brasov facility and Informatics functions (Newcastle UK, Milford, Wilmslow) to - Support the Global Quality strategy in driving the following:• Developing an efficient and harmonized Global QMS• Generating a strong Quality culture within the Waters business

- Manage Quality Management System (establish, implement, maintain and improve) ensuring that company objectives and regulatory requirements are met in the most efficient manner possible.- Responsible and accountable for the Quality Management System ( Migration from previous DMS to SAP DMS; ISO 9001 certification of Brasov site)- Provide leadership and commitment to continually improve and maintaining the effectiveness of the QMS to consistently produce safe and effective products. - Promoting a risk based / process approach.- Provide advice and support to Top management to ensure Leadership activities are performed. - Develop and manage interfaces with interested parties e.g. certification bodies, including audits.- Identify, manage and undertake continuous improvement activities with aim to increase process consistency across geographic locations and quality to interested parties. - Manage the documentation information process, identify and implement system improvements.- Manage the Quality System awareness training program to provide adequate knowledge and competence across the Informatics Business Unit. - Manage the Internal audit processes, identify and implement system improvements - Manage the process non-conformity and Corrective Action processes CAPA, identify and implement system improvements. - Manage quality system change control activities e.g. implementation of new or changes to process or tool - Form and co-ordinate cross functional implementation teams when appropriate. - Plan and monitor Informatics Business Unit quality system related activities to ensure timely completion- Manage and develop direct reports, providing coaching, direction and leadership.
