- Understanding client’s business requirements (Billing, Invoicing, Payments) and establishing the best workflow for top US Broadcasting companies.- E2E testing. Functional, Non-Functional testing in Operative and customer’s environment.- Running Confirmation and Regression testing, Interface testing (using SoapUI, Apache Tomcat, Postman, Amazon S3 Buckets), Acceptance and System testing.- Investigating, recreating and documenting defects reported by the customers using Salesforce and Jira.- Assisting Operative Developers and QA teams with additional information needed for more complicated issues.- Using SQL queries to investigate issues.- Providing the first line of support for Go Live and Post Go Live onsite and offsite.- Reporting, analyzing and prioritizing defects for future releases: explaining the impact and if workarounds are available. - Working closely with the client and Operative teams on the test scripts (functional and UAT test scenarios). - Preparing and conducting UAT sessions with the end users.- Preparing and leading onsite / offsite training for the customers’ BA / QA teams as well as training Operative teams (QA / Support / Developers) for initial /advanced system functionalities and business workflow.- Working closely with the Business Analysts and Project Managers to progress new business requirements. - Finding efficient workarounds for Production issues to unlock the end users tocontinue their daily Billing activities.- Creating client user guides and workflow documentation. - Assisting the customer and the internal teams with the Data Migration.- Configuring the system. Creating and updating internal documentation needed for software configuration.

- Providing technical support to top US Broadcasters while working directly from the customers’ headquarters.- Investigating and recreating defects reported by the customers using Footprint and Jira.- E2E testing. Functional, Non-Functional testing in Operative environment.- Using SQL queries to investigate issues.- Running Confirmation, Maintenance and Regression testing, Interface testing (using SoapUI), Acceptance and System testing.- Performing Smoke testing and Sanity testing in clients’ environments to ensure that the basic functions work.- Assisting Engineering with additional information needed for more complexissues.- Conducting demos to customers’ BA teams / end users to present the proposed workflows.- Training new employees.- Configuring the software based on each customer’s workflow and creating / updating internal documentation.- Attending Business Process Overview / Model Office meetings with the clients to gather information for system configurations and business requirements.- Consulting the customers on system functionality and recommending businessworkflows.
