Management of the base oil and additives technology portfolio of raw materials globally on behalf of PETRONAS Lubricants International.Management of the technology transfer from Group RESEARCH and/or the INNOVATION HUB to DEVELOPMENT of novel/new base stocks and/or lubricant additive components.Lead the development and subsequent COMMERCIALISATION of novel/new base stocks and/or lubricant additive components or packages based upon economic and technical appraisal.

Resonsible for Arexons’ product and service technology strategy.Product Research & Development.Product Quality Management.Product Stewardship.Technical Training and Service.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align approved technology strategy with company’s business strategy.Management of OEMS and KA customers technical requirements in support of business growth plans.Collaborate with Supply Chain & Operations to deliver efficiencies and cost savings.
