Advising the BBVA group in all types of M&A transactions both in the traditional banking and financial sector and in the field of the new digital businesses at a global level. My role included advising in the legal structuring of the transactions, managing local and international outside legal counsel, coordinating internal work groups, negotiating all types of agreements with counterparties and assisting in the obtaining of all types of internal approval and regulatory authorizations.
