In addition, support is provided to all HR SAP related processes; Understanding the complexities of HR work processes and Master data payroll and timekeeping. Understanding the roles and interactions between different HR Shell People Services teams and other functional areas such as HR Business Partners and Payroll Operations; Performing consultative and problem solving support Shell employees in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Oceania and Russia.
