Responsibilities and achievements: - Drove and implemented HR strategy for Engineering and Product teams - Supported company growth from 60 people → 110+ people in 1 year- Worked with 20+ labor-law jurisdictions across Europe and the US- Acted as a trusted advisor and HR partner for managers regarding all aspects of HR and employee matters (solving difficult cases in teams, like conflicts, unaddressed career expectations, employee's concerns, etc)- Introduced and improved many of the key HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement strategy, personal development plans, 360 feedback, off-boarding, etc. - Hired key leaders in Engineering (QA Lead, DevOps Lead), as well as 10+ people for Product and Engineering teams- Hired and onboarded people to 2 new HR units: Recruitment team and HR Ops team.
