Reporting directly to the C.E.O. as well as to the business Partner, management of administration and office activities:• Drafting research proposal for new and existing clients;• Management of the administration process regarding invoicing, supplier data entry, participation to tenders, etc.;• Business documents management;• Debt collection activity;• Supplier management;• Assistance to the C.E.O. and PA activities (e.g. agenda management, contacts, events, etc.);• Draft and review of candidates’ report and profiles in Italian and English;• Candidates-Client meetings' organisation;• Transfer organization (candidates and colleagues);• Translation of different kinds of texts (e.g. e-mails, reports, documents, etc.) in English and Italian;• Office management (suppliers, office maintenance, etc.);• Incoming calls and clients reception.

Collaboration as hostess for congresses (mainly organized by Accountants) and international events, activity developed during the university studies.Main activities:• Registration of guests (entrance and exit);• Reception and support to the events’ organization.

Collaboration for translation of different types of documents from Italian into English, German, Spanish, and viceversa.Main projects:-Translation of the two company websites form Italian into English.-Translation of some advertising material for the business products (e.g. anti-mosquitos’ bracelets, aromatic diffusers, electronic cigarettes, home and pet accessories, etc.).-September 2014: interpreting activity in English and business trip to Hong Kong in order to ease the communication with a main supplier (one week in Hong Kong).

Collaboration for translation of business letters from and into German in order to ease the communication with Swiss authorities.
