My academic education, greatly enhanced by my experiences abroad during my university studies, has led me to explore the realm of plant biology and agricultural production, with particular focus on Italian and international viticulture. Furthermore, my involvement in recent harvest seasons has heightened my interest in wine and winemaking, I have honed my skills in laboratory analysis of vegetative matter and production products. Moreover, my participation in the Franciacorta festival provided me with valuable insights into the hospitality and catering industry, highlighting the art of creating a convivial atmosphere where conversations center around food and wine, as well as the stories behind each product presented.
