I am a Sophomore at Indiana University in the Kelley School of Business, majoring in Information Systems with a minor in East Asian Language and Culture. I excel in analytical thinking, innovation, and effective communication, and I am proficient in Mandarin Chinese.At Indiana University, I served as the Head of Fundraising for Alpha Kappa Psi, orchestrating successful events that raised over $5,000 for the Rob Liu Memorial Fund. I also participated in the Data Visualization Club, gaining expertise in platforms such as Power BI and R Programming.My work experience includes roles as a summer camp counselor, nanny, and server/host, where I developed skills in conflict resolution, time management, and organization. I was a 4-time varsity cheerleader and leader for an adaptive cheerleading team, fostering responsibility and teamwork. I was part of the Minnetonka VANTAGE program where I presented valuable consulting services to 4 local and regional midsize companies covering topics such as marketing strategies, data analysis, and supply chain distribution logistics during a 4-semester program. I additionally had the opportunity to travel to over 15 companies nationwide such as Best Buy, Nasdaq, and Polaris to learn from industry leaders. My experience in the VANTAGE program sparked my passion for business and gave me practice with conducting professional meetings and presentations, alongside exposure to platforms such as Tableau and Excel. In the summer of 2024, I interned at MatrixCare by ResMed as a continuous improvement intern. I earned a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification and applied continuous improvement methodologies to real-world business problems. I led the design and implementation of an division-wide SharePoint site, improving document management and internal communication by engaging over 35 leaders.I am passionate about consulting with a focus on technology and am actively seeking a summer internship for 2025.
