Through these positions I'm responsible for orders and procurement of the spare parts and auxiliary materials for the maintenance department supported by SAP and SRM programs.Monitoring and tracking the achievement of established objectives (minimum stock, budget overruns). Regular communication with suppliers and supply base management to avoid and resolve any delivery, quality or price issues.Proactively manage the supply chain to meet production needs to eliminate any disruption. Maintain supplier status regarding scorecards, business drivers and development needs. I maintain price tables and manage price requests related to the category contract/negotiation.Follow up and updates KPI's of the department like QOS, Preventive Maintenance, MAI Infrastructure, LOP. Propose and lead cost saving actions and projects aligned with company goals. Investment project follow-up (capex follow-up) that involve placing orders, ensuring the transability of all factors that influence orders such as negotiated payment methods, delivery terms, payment approvals, receipt of goods and invoices.Activating the investment in order to depreciate the allocated capital when all the goods are received, and the project is running.Acquired skills and competencies: SAP, SRM, Microsoft outlook, procurement, logistic transport, Negotiated &communication skills.

Focus on customer- closely following their emails & requirements for further projects and production. Follow up their fulfillment in production through all involved departments (planning, engineering, treatment facility).Ensuring the transfer of production documents and new request before start production with involved departments.Tracking and make sure that all requirements are fulfilled and accepted by client in order to start production.Price preparation based on BOM which involves consumption checkup of raw materials, price & contract negotiation with suppliers (local/external) for all planned goods allocated for further production, CM cost for full production negotiation with engineering and final treatments (overdyeing) prices.Price negotiation, payment methods and terms of contracts, extending existing contracts. Daily/weekly meeting with clients or production to check all KPI's of running programs.Traveling at client's site to debate diverse theme regarding new collection and production.Production planning.The job also involved purchasing on the local and external market described as follow:-Initiate the purchase orders for raw materials and accessories.-Make sure that prices are as agreed.-Ensuring the discounts discussed in the initial stage for each good and try new negotiations in case quantities rise.-Orders and delivery terms tracking- Tracking of import data.- Ensuring quality inspection according to the standards implemented by the client-Preparation and submission of complaints depending on each situation encountered. -Complaints to suppliers in case of defects that may endanger the final product.
