Regions: Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda), South Asia (Cambodia), KazakhstanActivities and responsibilities:- management of all operations within a region;- coordination of a cross-functional team including product, technical, marketing, financial and legal departments;- delivery of business, technical and project management services in full consideration of local culture, law and economy specifics;- identification and understanding of customer needs, objectives and business requirements;- establishment and maintenance of trustworthy business relationship with the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and partners;- development, localization and customization of the products and services according to the product road map and introduction of products/services to the MNOs and partners;- development and implementation of the promotional and marketing plans, analysis of marketing productivity;- fulfilment of the accounting functions (reconciliation of finance reports, control over the timeliness of payments, documentation flow management, etc.);- analysis of market trends and competitor activities to enhance strategic decision making;- identification of new business opportunities.

Belarus

Activities and responsibilities:- tax accounting;- maintenance of and control over the tax payers’ personal accounts;- input of inspection acts/reports and imposed fines/penalties into the database;- control over the timeliness of tax payments;- provision of guidance on the taxation legislation;- handling of business correspondence with tax payers, tax inspections and governmental institutions.
