- Organization of the department consists of two sectors: procurement and accounting of fixed assets plus warehouse;- Implementation of an automated accounting system assets through bar-coding; - Procurement, market analysis products and services, negotiating with suppliers, tendering for the supply of goods, works and services;- Organization of an uninterrupted supply of goods to the Bank's regional network;- Organization works to open new offices (providing commodity-material values).- Logistics movement of fixed assets.

- Accounting of fixed assets in the main office and regional offices of the bank;- Accomplishment planned and unplanned inventories of Fixed Assets; - Execution of acts of write-offs and acts of commissioning Fixed Assets.- Preparation of reports for accounting.During my work at the Bank has developed and implemented procedure for the acquisition, transfer, sale and write-off of fixed assets of the Bank.

- Procurement, market analysis products and services, negotiating with suppliers, tendering for the supply of goods, works and services;- obtaining materials from suppliers, delivery and transfer of fixed assets from the warehouse operation; - Accomplishment planned and unplanned inventories of Fixed Assets; - Organization of an uninterrupted supply of goods to the Bank's regional network;- Control of balance sheet accounts at Automated Banking System B2 and 1C (operational and economic costs) in order to eliminate accounts receivable; - Leading a database by type of expenditure in the regional divisions of the company, keeping track of accounts receivable; -Maintaining a database of mobile communication devices, as well as analysis and cost optimization for mobile communications;- Preparation of annual plans for the procurement of goods, works and services;- Preparation of documentation for the tender to select providers of goods and services and work with them. During my tenure at the company I have developed and implemented a system of accounting rules for asset accounting, has developed a system of compensation for lost or damaged property of the company decision makers, as well as developed a system of cost analysis for mobile communications.
