Multifaceted role involving personal assistant duties as well as sales campaign and client management. Started with an existing team and restructured workflow to improve efficiency. Managed relationships with buyers and sellers one-on-one and through CRM systems. Maintained professional development in a fast paced constantly changing industry. Involved in training new staff in various areas of the business.

This job was my first administration job and was valuable experience for working within a business. It also taught me a lot about implementing/adapting procedures and systems. It was great to work in a relatively small but hard working team.
