Responsible for managing the relationship with RateGain's Connectivity Partners across the European region, exploring both product and commercial synergies across hospitality distribution, business intelligence and marketing technology.

- Driving the growth of Bewica’s evolving SaaS cybersecurity solution for SMEs through sales, marketing & partnership initiatives- Executing the full customer acquisition process, from pitching and onboarding through to customer retention - Managing relationships with a wide variety of external stakeholders including big corporates piloting Bewica’s solution- Working in close collaboration with CEO, Product Director and CTO to shape the company’s product and proposition in line with user and market feedback

Part of the International Development Team.- Managing the day to day relationship with 35+ Reed & Mackay Partners in the travel management space around the globe, gaining a working knowledge of their individual businesses and local markets to support development within the Partnership- Researching, recruiting and implementing new Partners in key markets- Introducing Partners to Reed & Mackay’s technology solutions and driving their adoption- Delivering inductions to new partners and new starters- Implementing a performance framework to support strategic development of the Partnership- Organising regional and international events for the Partnership

Part of the Account Management Team.- Working on a portfolio of high-profile, prestigious client accounts to create long-lasting business relationships from implementation through to maintenance of the contract- Conducting quarterly and annual review meetings with clients according to their needs, demonstrating quantifiable benefits of managed travel programmes- Providing meaningful recommendations to clients and identifying cost-saving opportunities based upon the interpretation and analysis of timely travel management data, using marketplace information and industry knowledge- Introducing and implementing Reed & Mackay’s technology solutions to improve client’s processes- Driving strategies and initiatives to generate new business opportunities- Liaise with suppliers on behalf of clients and assist with negotiations- Ensuring active communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the accounts; problem-solving, service monitoring, process improvement
