During my time at Practicum I've taken on various roles. I joined the company to launch a new product for children to learn English language in September 2021. I later assumed the role of Head of Product & Dev at Practicum's school of English, during this time I optimised user journeys to reduce customer's path to the "Aha-moment". As a result we reached positive profit margins, by growing student retention rate and reducing cost of service. In June 2023 I joined the Practicum core business team as an IC to work on strategic growth projects. I lead the launch of Practicum Kazakhstan and built tech and operational foundation for international roll outs. Later I worked on growing our B2B business, in partnership with the sales team we achieved a 30% YoY growth. Since spring of 2024 I have been interested in team performance and process design in Agile organisations. I now work on removing impediments to team productivity and fostering a user centric culture at company level. My Role:- Create and bring to life the product vision - Ensure shared understanding between the worlds of business, technology and education- Drive the product roadmap and deliver business value (grow revenue and optimize costs)- Guide product through the execution cycle (from conception to launch, growth & scaling)- Lead the cross functional product team (engineers, designers, product managers, etc)- Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to maximize business value and productivity

SberEducation is a full-cycle LMS designed to support and digitalize learning environment in K-12 institutions, implementing personalized, competency based learning. This product includes a digital platform, a CMS and a BPMS. The goal was to improve students academic results and increase teacher engagement. This is a non profit.My Role:- Manage 5 cross-functional teams (backlog and delivery)- Deliver value to learning and teaching user experience (from hypothesis to implementation)- Drive product roadmap- Grow key user metrics (module completion rate & RR into key user actions)- User & Market Research (interviews, surveys, UX test, user analytics, competitive analysis)

I worked with datasets to conduct demographic research and public opinion polling analysis to produce reports on current trends. I specialized in observing opinion trends on social issues such as education, access to healthcare and labour rights.

Communication with other firms about collaborative projects and events. Extensive market research in the light of the re-branding scheme the company was going through.
