I graduated with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting on September 9, 2014.I am seeking a medical assisting position in the San Antonio, TX area. I have varied work experience, including an internship, externship and temp position in a small family practice. There, I performed a range of services, including (but not limited to) injections, phlebotomy, taking vital signs, blood draws, rooming patients, venipuncture, and taking medical histories. I worked with the primary care physician as well as a full-time medical assistant. I am highly motivated with a strong work ethic. All of my vaccines are current, and I was recently recertified in Basic Life Support (including AED and CPR) as well as First Aid. I have my own transportation and am ready to go to work in my chosen field!
