I took an active role in establishing Audit department in May 2012 according to the need of a special department which will be responsible for internal control, law compliance, communication with state external institutions, clients complaints, fraud prevention. My main responsibilities can be divided into 3 parts - Legal, Audit and Communication.Legal responsibilities:- Represent the Company in front of all the state institutions - Commission for consumer's protection, Commision for personal data protection, Bulgarian National Bank, Ministry of interior, Court- Manage the process of clients complaints- Manage the process of criminal court cases- Law compliance- Project management:1. Succesfull initiation and implementation of system for working with fraud cases2. Creation and implementation of internal procedures for running court criminal cases 3. Creation of a system for administration and reporting of clients complaints. Creation of on-line application for sending complaintsAudit responsibilities:- Internal audit in all the 70 area offices in Bulgaria- Internal audit in HQ departments- Findings and recommendations- Reports and analysis- Proposals for changingns in docunents, general conditions and procedures- Project management:1. Creation of system for sending and administration of internal fraud signals. Creation of on-line application for internal signals2. Creation of system and check lists for audit in area offices in Sales and Collection network and in the departments in HQCommunication responsibilities:- Part of the team E-profi which is internal newsletter that informs all the employees about the new things happening in the company, promoted employees, achievements and many interesting themes which strenghten the company devotion- Contribute HR and Marketing departments in many company events - Anual events, Christmas parties, Sales Conferences, Team buildings - Writing articles in internal web platform E-gate- PR cases

The responsibilities of this position came as a result of the previous one. This position was a great challenge for my career because there it was set a new department in the company - Audit department which was established 1 year later. During this year it was only me in the department with cooperation with other employees and under CEO. My main responsibilities were:- Setting the process of internal control- Setting the process of clients complaints- Setting the process of communication with external institutions concerning clients complaints and law compliance- Setting the process of working with fraud cases and negative court decisions- Setting the process of criminal cases against guilty persons and collaborators - Setting the process of internal signals- Setting the process of checkings in the area offices of the company

Attorney in Court cases against debtors. At this position I was responsible for all the legal procedures in Collection department concerning legal actions as follows:- proposals for starting Court cases against clients who do not pay their duties and break the contract obligations- organizing the documents for each case - claims, payment orders, contracts, power of attornies- represent the Company in the Court- receiving writs of execution- claims against unfare Court decisions- reports and analysis of the procedures- proposals for changes in the procedures

Coordinator of youth educational and cultural programs in the Jewish community in Bulgaria. Informal education, traditional Jewish hollidays and events. Participation in international projects. Managing a team of 5-10 people.
