I was part of the Partners and Sponsors (PAR) division within the MEUS organizational team. As a division, we made sure that MEUS was sufficiently supported and funded by our parters and sponsors so that the participants could enjoy the best possible experience. As a MEUS ambassador, I also promoted the event in order to reach a wider public and ensure a large and diverse participation to the event.

The non-profit organization organizes large simulations of the EU's legislative process directed at secondary school students, in an attempt to engage them with the European Union.As a member of the executive staff, I took care of the organizational aspect of the events, such as searching for venues and available dates and planning the program of each event. I was also responsible for the logistical aspects of some of the events, such as accommodation of the participants, their travels and their enrollment.Furthermore, I was in charge of the didactical aspect of the organization, including the preparation of the study materials, the implementation of tutoring sessions and chairing the events.

The company is in charge of organizing the Vatican's yearly televised charity events, in particular a charity race and a charity Christmas concert.As an intern, I was in charge of contacting potential sponsors and maintaining contacts with them to ensure sufficient funding, as well as promoting the events via phone, emails and social media.I was also responsible for the enrollment of participants to the events and for the selling of tickets.
