I am passionate about the human learning experience, and collaborating with others over gathered data in order to gauge success and set goals. I am also dedicated to an exceptional customer experience through coaching and supporting team members.I worked as a public school elementary teacher for three and a half years, which provided me the opportunity to become an expert in managing multiple projects at one time by creating structures and putting them in place to maximize efficiency. I also developed strong interpersonal skills by collaborating with colleagues and parents on plans for student success.In my most recent role as an Inside Sales Representative, I was responsible for scheduling home services for customers, educating them about and enrolling them in a whole-home service membership, and addressing any additional needs during the call. My performance was regularly assessed through call evaluations and adherence to specific metrics on our performance dashboard. Due to my success in this position, I was promoted to Customer Experience Team Lead, where I now oversee a team of Customer Experience Providers and develop training curriculum for new team members.
