Therefore, in most cases, we could avoid the expiry of allocations and proceed to swap allocations in time to assign production capacity where it is most needed.- set up efficient planning with the logistics department, (weekly transport planning for C- and D- shipments, exchange of information and prompt notification of all changes and features of opportunities at warehouses or other customer pick-up points to minimize delays)- supporting users on the technical and administrative features of the application- presenting new IT solutions to Customers and organize learning sessions.

- registering and processing paper quality claims in the full cycle - accepting samples for initial examination and helping to draw up a document package, through to a final settlement acceptable to all parties.-Manage and process quality-related claims from customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.- Monitor and track trends in quality claims, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive measures.- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, addressing their quality-related concerns and inquiries

- Processing new orders in SAP and Salesforce systems, controlling the readiness of orders, preparing shipping documents. Organization of order transportation in accordance with the contract terms and Incoterms and control of delivery deadlines in the B2B sector- Full information support and coordination of key clients at all stages of the supply chain - from order planning to customer receipt of product and closing documents.- Supporting Stock planning process. Using the constant monitoring, we managed to achieve good results in bringing the stock turnover days to the planned indicators- Handling orders, deliveries, finances, stock.
