Manual testing of web projects and 1c programs (functional, regression, unit, black, box white, Testing User Interface). Thorough checking software to ensure its proper operation;Creating / updating / rechecking of test documentation (Test cases, Checklist, etc.). General skills of working with bug tracking system (JIRA/ unfuddle), preparation of test cases. Functionality, regression, documentation, load, performance, compatibility, security, recovery testing of CRM system(Desktop, Web), auto dialer system(Desktop), - test plans preparation - test cases creation- instruction creation- bug reporting - cooperating with all team members for getting the best result in the shortest time- mentoring newcomers, organizing and holding knowledge transfer sessions- participated in creation of test process, preparation of Test Plan and Test Strategy documentsKnowledge of programming languages С(basic),C++(basic), JavaScript(basic), Python(basic), 1C programs(strong);
