- Supervision and preparation of our Tenders and commercial quotations (Tender Documentation Bids for Framework Agreements & quotations for On-Call projects), as well as, vendor registrations in the Energy industry on behalf of APAVE International;- Tracking KPIs and day-to-day business administration operations for several countries;- Expat Management;- Participation in the Commercial organization, Commercial Action Plans & Follow-up- Coordination of Company Marketing activities & Brand Management – compilations of marketing and promotional materials, company brochures and presentations, including Web sites- Preparing quarterly newsletter, managing and preparing the corporate events.- Organizing APAVE presence on International Conferences and Exhibitions in the Energy sector, Trade shows, conferences and events presentations;- Participation in the competence of personnel qualification process, to identify the needs for training and professional development of personnel;- Organizing training courses and administration support in the process of qualification, certification and re-certification of personnel related to external trainings;- Day-to-day administrative, financial and commercial activities;- Participation in technical and commercial clarifications;- Administrate the Purchasing Requests, contact suppliers for quotation request, analyze and search best quotation to suit the company’ needs, create and update supplier lists, keep up to date the purchase register list.
