Transformed IDC on NATO in a trustworthy inter-institutional platform to facilitate the dialogue between the civil society and Government insitutions on such topics as strategic development of the national security and defence sector, women empowerement, strategic communication and security culture. Responsibilities include :• Policy influence, implementation and Cross-Agency Collaboration;• Developing the outreach strategy of the organisation and managing its resources in achieving the objectives;• Facilitating the relationships with relevant stakeholders, including such organsaiitons as: NATO, UN Women, UNDP, OSCE, EU Delegation to Moldova, , Embassies etc;• Engaging in fundraising activities to secure the implementation of ongoing projects and the development of new ones;• Organising public diplomacy activities and representing the organisation at international events;

Co-Director, SPS NATO funded projectSuccessfully supported the creation of the National Strategy on Women, Peace and Security and contributed to the effort to develop the National Plan for the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on gender equality and women empowerment, resulting in the approval of the latter by the Government. Responsibilities included :• Facilitated consultation, national political dialogues, security sector reform and gendered defence and security;• Liaised with stakeholders to define precise work packages, mobilise resources and synchronise the teams; • Shaped an efficient communication strategy to address reluctancy to changes and prepare the step by step implementation of the project;• Identified major influencers and inviting them to the events to help promoting the project and facilitate the decision making process within different institutions; • Supported WPS agenda by providing research and promotional documents.

Was an active part of the team who contributed to the preparation and fundraising (47 mln. EUR) for deployment of a fundamental infrastructure modernisation project of the airport (runway, taxiways, apron and passenger terminal ) to increase capacity, create new business opportunities and enhance passenger experience. Responsibilities included: • Coordinated with all involved stakeholders the implementation phases of the project, by identifying roles, responsibilities and timelines;• Conducted efficient internal and external communications to make sure all involved parties have the real time information on the project progress; • Identified potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution and proposed mitigation actions and improvement solutions to ensure that schedules and objectives were met;• Presented on the project development to Governmental officials and financial institutions (EBRD, BEI);• Supported the preparation of progress reports and kept evidence of all project documentation.
