Within this role I help support students to be the best they can be within an educational environment. I support students with many different challenges and support them through their learning experience in many different settings and educational environments

This role involved focusing on customer care and company targets, through sales and knowledge of products. I also stocked the store with merchandise and handled cash and other transactions. A large responsibility from this role was to solve any customer complaints and made sure they had a good experience with the company. I also worked with finance and set customers up with finance options to suit them.
