Something I have always prided myself on is being a people person! I love being able to talk to someone and help understand what their goals are, what they hope to accomplish in their career and potentially help them get there. I have also found that I love to work with companies to help find the best job-seekers that will fulfill their employment needs. The last 7 years in the staffing industry has provided me very expansive opportunities to do just that, first as a recruiter and then as a branch manager. I have been able to spend this time honing my skills as an intermediary to discern the customer’s needs and balance that with the pool of qualified applicants that we carefully procure to ensure we have a beneficial relationship for everyone involved. Having this skillset, and the entrepreneurial spirit, I have begun my own company, Continuous Personnel! As an up and coming name in the staffing industry in Memphis, my team and I are taking our collective years of industry experience with several big name companies in the city to build this company into a powerhouse.
