Developing and co-teaching the course "Human Rights, Business and the Environment"

From July, 2005 - the lawyer’s assistant in the Law Union “Kanon” of the Bar Association of the Republic of Karelia. From 2008 - the trainee lawyer of the Law Union “Kanon”. From December 21st, 2009 the Advocate of the Law Union “Kanon”. Registration number in the Lawyer’s Register. Certificate issued December 29th, 2009.

• Judicial practice in the field of legal relations, which arise from contracts, preparation of appeal and cassation petitions (if required), taking part in court sessions of courts of appeal and of cassation. Work on execution of judgments.• Contestation of non-normative legal acts, decisions and actions (inaction) of state authorities, local government authorities, other authorities, organizations, conferred certain state or other public powers by the federal Law, public individuals in Arbitration Court (judicial contests on checking legal entities by relevant authorized authorities: Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being etc.).• Representation of the interests of clients when referring to the Constitutional Court.• Representation of the interests of clients when referring to the European Court of Human Rights.• Registration of non-profit organizations (funds), LLC, individual entrepreneurs, changes in founding documents (including shares’ sale in LLC, other corporate questions).• Representation of citizens (and legal entities) in regular courts on above-mentioned dispute categories (first instance, appeal, cassation), also on family, labour, land, housing and consumer right protection disputes.• Counseling on legal issues for citizens and organizations (civil, labor, tax, pension, family, housing, land, administrative law, etc.).• Subscription service for legal entities (providing the full complex of above-mentioned service and legal service).
