I have a successful work experience in the customer service industry. I worked at Chick-fil-A for three years where I have served thousands of guests. At Harris Teeter, similarly I have served many customers on a daily basis. I handle cash transactions, I shop online orders and communicate with these customers over the phone, and I assist in other departments where I have received cross-training including produce, dairy, and The Fuel Center. Though I have not worked many jobs, I have gained a lot of experience in the work force and developed many skills that I can take with me in my career. These skills include interpersonal communication, phone communication, customer service, operating a cash register, handling money, counting change, paying attention to details, a quick and efficient working pace, leadership, and teamwork.
