Responded to calls for service, made arrests, assisted medics on medical calls, de-escalated patients suffering psychiatric crises, and testified in court cases. Received 40 hours of FBI-led negotiation training. All of this was in the pursuit of keeping the community safe and improving the quality of life of its citizens.
