As a volunteer for my community church each summer, I would spend over 70 hours volunteering at various organizations in South Florida. I have volunteered at 4Kids and Feeding South Florida, in which I would prepare backpacks and school supplies for kids who did not have access to these necessities for school. I would also clean used shoes for kids in need and pack lunches for them as well.

At Aqua Tots Swim School, I taught many children (ages 1-14) valuable lessons about how to swim properly and get to a safe place if in danger, as well as communicate effectively to the families of these children. This opportunity has taught me patience, kindness and persistence.
