Elena has been a consultant since 2000, after a career in marketing for the most prestigious brands, experience that has given her the opportunity to acquire great competence in anyone of the key aspects of marketing – consumer.At Perfetti Van Melle she had the chance to follow the birth, the development and the national and international positioning of different success brands and also contributed to the creation of ads and spots.At Pierre Fabre, in the consumer and in the pharmaceutical field, she implemented direct marketing tools and was entrusted with the training for the sales team.Once she started as a consultant she directed projects about competitive positioning , customer satisfaction and brand development in the following areas: publishing trade, pharmaceutical field, building industry and food industry.Elena got a degree at Bocconi University and followed several courses for strategic marketing and internet marketing, strategy and HR management.Together with her activity of consultant she continues to be a trainer for important business schools and PMI industrial associations.Always being a consultant, Elena took part in numerous courses at Bocconi University. She works in recruiting both as a freelance and in partership with companies, selecting specialists and managers in several business’s positions.
