Provide informative confidential, impartial, and independent support to clients with daily life issues to include; employability, benefits (assisting clients with claims for Pension Credit, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Housing and Council Tax Benefit, Carers Allowance and Universal Credit LCW or LCWRA elements), debt, consumer rights, relationships, housing, discrimination and tax issues; adhering to the ‘Advice Guide’ and ethos of the Citizen’s AdviceBureau. The role includes report writing outcomes and actions taken with the client to support a client with daily life issues.

This role developed and adapted to accommodate the needs of the business to include: data input, administration, events attendance, working within several teams to cover emergency tasks, illness, and holiday. All of the roles were customer-facing, flexible to the needs of the business andcustomer, to include; setting up excel spreadsheets, booking house repairs, cross-referencing information, property viewings, calendar scheduled, viewing with customers at properties and travel across the borough, managing customer queries positively, excellent communication face to face, telephone, and email, supporting customers in paperwork requirements often translating.High achievement; 82% of properties let.
