• Coordinate the daily flow of customer scheduling, servicing, and check out • Manage salon’s daily operations to create an organized environment• Maintain computer/register and telephone systems • Greet clients and orchestrate exceptional salon experience• Answer calls discussing services and appointments• Cash management and inventory coordination• Opening and closing duties that include light cleaning, laundry and salon prep

• Apply selling techniques while providing stellar customer service• Maintain knowledge of merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements• Demonstrates salesmanship skills by maintaining sales productivity levels• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning store including stockroom, and returning product to inventory

• Customer relationship management via email and phone • Attending to details important to client, coordinating event from first contact to confirmation of event• Exceeding budgeted birthday sales targets under the Sales Center Manager’s direction, and selling inclusive packages. • Embracing teamwork by assisting the Sales Center Manager in their development and execution of quarterly sales plans• Miscellaneous and administrative duties as directed by Sales Center Manager • Follow all standard policies and procedures in handling client

• Supervises a variety of age-appropriate, fitness-based activities.• Supervises/assist team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and children via supportive supervision of party hosts • Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner • Facilitates organized birthday party activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party• Ensures tracking for monthly budget/quarterly budget for birthday party sales is updated weekly under direction of Kid’s Activities Manager
