• Registering new employees in the company’s database via the KS program and maintaining up-to-daterecords;• Preparing the employee attendance file for the payroll department• Preparing turnover reports and sending them to all stakeholders;• Completing the productivity report;• Collaborating with the accounting, finance, HR, IT, marketing departments to solve the problems facedby the Sportisimo stores from Romania and Bulgaria;• Verifying and approving invoices in the INOVIO system;• Serving as the link between the Sportisimo stores in Romania and Bulgaria and the Sportisimoheadquarters in the Czech Republic, communicating in Romanian, English, and Czech;• Performing various administrative operations.

- Preparation of the supporting documentation using SAP Hana and Excel;- Reconciliation process for Inter-company accounts in a web-based application Blackline;- Variance analysis of inter-company accounts.- Inter-company monthly analysis.

The connection between AP ( Accounts Payable ) team, the vendor and other stakeholders in order tosolve different kinds of issues which occurred in invoice processing.- Providing all needed data for invoice processing;- Analysing causes of unprocessed invoices using SAP Fin&HR, Ariba, DFM, Siebel.;- Being a contact point for the customers and for all stakeholders.

Making patterns and doing the whole set of documents to start the mass production of a garment using Gemini CAD system.
