- Managing the organizational process of the training course from the customer request to the finalization of the course in London and Istanbul;- Managing the process of obtaining accreditation from several international bodies (ISO, MICROSOFT, NEBOSH, PMI);- Booking of venues, hotels, plane tickets;- Organization and planning of events.

I was in charge of the relations with Italian businessmen and customers. Besides the daily tasks, such as answering the telephone and emails and doing translation work from and to Italian, during my stay I helped organizing the trip, stay and activities of an Italian delegation comprised of 20 people who came from Italy.
