Ms. Ulansky is a partner at the Gorlin Companies (GC) , a single-family office, with more than 45 years of experience in investing and building companies in the areas of Biotechnology & Medical Technology. She works directly with the founder and CEO Steve Gorlin building private biotech companies, from inception to IPO/sale to big pharma. Over the years of her work with GC, Elena introduced over 200 potential co-investors (FO, HNIs and Institutional Investors) with average AUM of $250M. She participates in developing further on the existing FO relationships and assists the principle in managing investor base for a diversified Biotech/Medtech portfolio (12-14 companies on average). Ms. Ulansky identifies, originates and sources potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships for Gorlin Group, representing GC at conferences and industry events.Ms. Ulansky is involved in the world of fine art, both from the standpoint of a creator of artworks and a supporter of young upcoming artists. She is a founder of Tethys Art gallery in Southampton, NY. Elena is involved in several charitable efforts related to supporting children, promoting arts and healthcare causes. She currently serves on boards of the Silverstein Dream Foundation, Many Hopes and Angels Helpers NYC as well as NYAA Tribeca Ball annual gala Committee. Ms. Ulansky holds a MF from Moscow State Linguistic University, Russia, and an MFA from New York Academy of Art, NY. FINRA licenses 7, 63, 66.
