I joined ElectraNet in July 2012 where I was appointed as a Project Manager within the Operations and Maintenance group. In 2013, after organisational restructure the role was moved to the Network Delivery group.Since my joining, I took over the management of $ 57m+ OPEX Refurbishment Portfolio, which includes a wide range of works, projects and programs with network risk rating varying from very high to extreme in High Voltage Substation, Lines, Communications and Easements space. Varying in size and dollar value most projects and programs are innovative in their nature and have a companywide impact, contributing to reliability and operability of the network assets. As a part of my role I combine the duties of the Portfolio Manager, supervising the work of other Project Managers delivering OPEX Refurbishment projects and the Project Manager, delivering 30 to 40 works projects and programs a year. As an OPEX Refurbishment portfolio manager, I work together with representatives from the Asset Owner and Project Sponsor groups within ElectraNet, generating recommendations on OPEX Refurbishment delivery strategy including portfolio/business risk mitigation, staffing levels, business process improvements, cross-project and project/maintenance opportunities, etc. I also collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify portfolio data needed for asset management decision making and regulatory reporting. In the last two years I have developed and “test driven” a unique OPEX Refurbishment Methodology, which ensures the appropriate level of governance for different size and type of refurbishment programs, project and works and ensure the flexibility crucial for maintenance type activities is retained. The project was very challenging in nature both due to the necessity to ensure the by-in from the multiple stakeholders with conflicting agendas and the tight implementation timeframes (eight core SAP ERP modules were to be implemented within 9 month). Working with a team of 25 SAP-consultants and 12 ABAP developers (some of them working remotely), I was ultimately responsible for successful delivery of all the project stages from User Requirements Identification to Implementation, User testing, User training and going into production. At the same time I was also running two other projects: SAP ERP Implementation Project in Tegeta Motors Holding Company (Georgia), which was ran on a FIFO basis and SMB and Corporate Clients Credit Process Automation Project (EMC Platform) in UkrSibbank, BNP Paribas Group. In 2009 Yunakov Architecture and Construction won a tender to be a General Planner of the first five star ski resorts in Ukraine: Radisson Blu Bukovel. I was invited to join the company to both manage this extremely challenging project and establish a project management office in the company. I was invited to join the company to both manage this extremely challenging project and establish a project management office in the company. My delegations included identifying the necessary staffing levels, implementing key portfolio and project management tools required for successful delivery of the projects and even the basic project management personal training. The Radisson Blu Construction Project with the total value of $70 + million and over $25 million design component had an ambitious aim to build a hotel complex on the extremely sloping block, to become the centre of the ski activities in Carpathian Mountains. As a Project Manager on the General Planner’s side, I was required to coordinate an effort of a team of 25 architects, numerous engineering subcontractors, interior designer company, located in Germany, as well as manage interfaces with Principal Contractor and Project Client. The project was delivered in very tight timeframes (from land acquisition to full operation in two and a half years) and within the planned budget. Show less

As a part of this role I delivered cross-sell banking projects, which were aimed in increasing the loyalty of the existing customers of the Bank and retaining Client’s pool. I was responsible for development of CRM and Direct Marketing programs to build up brand awareness, as well as for the implementations of the individual card and loan projects. In this role I was leading the team of 10 members and managed yearly budgets up to 2 000 000 EUR.
