- In close collaboration with the President and the Dean of External Relations, led in the design and implementation of the EUI's Internationalisation Strategy in Europe and worldwide;- Member of the management team of the EUI's Florence School of Transnational Governance (STG), supervising its Partnership Team, responsible for STG's External Relations, Alumni engagement and Fundraising; - Advising the EUI management on stakeholder engagement and networking; - Mapping potential partners, managing relationships and partnerships, building alliance with academia, university associations/networks, EU institutions, international organisations and civil society organisations (CSOs);- In close collaboration with the EUI Faculty, negotiating transformative partnership or coalition agreements, connecting academia with policymaking, while implementing institutional due diligence processes;- Playing a pivotal role in designing multi-stakeholders programmes supporting the access of refugee students (UNICORE) and at-risk scholars to higher education and research, as well as leadership programme for African youth (YALP); - Working closely with fundraising coordinator, several EUI administrative services, and Academic Units, including the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies;- Representing EUI externally
