Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll. Document and input changes regarding net wages, such as exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for employees. Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments.

Review and post fee adjustments and write-offs. Maintain correspondence with operations to review questionable adjustments for accuracy, completeness and to ensure the initiator has adhered to company policies and procedures. Manage spreadsheet/logs regarding all adjustments posted and reconcile it to the accounts receivable revenue accounts weekly.Identify and resolve exception items during reconciliation of accounts.Manage liquidation of clients' assets for fees.Record and update information for accounts sent to collections in a collection book, on a spreadsheet and on the clients' AMS files. Distribute paperwork to the collection agency weekly and update information on multiple client files indicating that the client's current status. Prepare a monthly report of accounts that were paid at the collections agency and update files accordingly.

Coordinate and/or cover all Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely completion of all major daily, weekly and monthly functions and projects. Perform daily reconciliation of all fee Accounts Receivable and corresponding aging reports. Execute monthly reconciliation of all Accounts Receivable related fee suspense accounts and resolve exception items. Provided coaching and training to others and conflict resolution as needed. Supervisory role in absence of Accounts Receivable Manager.
