I'm an Operations Manager with 13 years' experience of managing teams, hospitality and processes to deliver the best possible experience to up to 4500 guests per day in 100 days of opening. Working for an international company in such a people and capital intensive environment has taught me many relational and operational skills, as well as giving me a strong addiction to working under pressure.I've been involved in several international events such as three editions of the Giro d'Italia, the EYOF 2022 and 2023 and last but not least the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. I'm also a sports enthusiast who strongly believes in sport as a powerful tool for social development. Recently, I've become interested in EU funding opportunities for sport and social development and I'm deepening my knowledge in this area, with a particular focus on the Erasmus+ Sport program.
