• Was responsible for sales channels profitability (P&L model, staffing model) and sales efficiency (productivity, headcount, incentive plans, trainings/coaching)
• Business processes re-engineering (new operational platform Sibel 6.0 implementation) both for POS and Retail Business
• Operational management (Ops staff in branches): was responsible for all controlling procedures with regular external (incl Central Bank) and internal audit
