• Develop online and offline strategy in line with the company’s objectives and sales target.• Work with the internal team and external partners on communication and PR, UX, website optimization, SEO, PPC, events, so on, in order to increase sales and boost brand awareness.• Orchestrate promotional campaigns throughout the sales funnel, nurture leads, measure results, and improve the process.• Organize and participate in HR events.• Analyze the market, competition, and propose new strategic partners.

• Solution Conceptualization: Work with Product Managers to identify customers' needs, create buyer personas, define new solutions, and design go-to-market strategy.• Messaging and Positioning: Work cross-functionally with members of the Products, Marketing and Executive team to assist in the creation and refining of messaging for Optymyze products and services.• Sales Enablement: Work with the sales and marketing team to create sales tools which can drive sales of both enterprise software products and strategic services. • Content Development: slide sets, data sheets, marketing collateral, whitepapers, videos. • Demand Creation: Work on programs and marketing collateral that will help increase the sales pipeline.• Market Awareness: Work on programs and materials which will build brand awareness• Competitive Analysis: Keep a close tab on competitive movements in the market

Complement role to the Product Manager, with a tactical and outwardly focus.▪ Product branding: naming, positioning, and visual identity▪ Definition and delivery of sales tools: website, demos, presentations, and marketing collateral, such as brochures, data sheets, success stories▪ Definition and delivery of sales training▪ Development and execution of product launch strategies and tactics▪ Work with the Product Managers and team for define new products, positioning, pricing, business cases, roadmap, and products' life cycle▪ Organize participation at eLearning events in London and Dubai▪ Collaborate with the company’s strategic partners in joint eLearning projects: Microsoft, Intel, HP.

▪ Communication and PR: develop and implement the annual communication plan – press releases, articles, interviews, product launches, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report, internal and external newsletters, applications for international IT competition, and beyond.▪ Events: organize and participate in business events worldwide – BETT London and Dubai, GESS Dubai, Educa Berlin. Organize product and project launches, conferences, seminars, media events.▪ Online marketing: create, update and monitor company’s public profile and positioning in social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. Create relevant messages for online campaigns. Suggest SEO activities.▪ Email marketing: write relevant sales campaign messages and newsletters. Segment databases for specific campaigns. Track and monitor performance.▪ Support the sales process: create and update the sales kit – presentations, brochures, case studies. Provide support for lead generation and business intelligence.

Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the eLearning department’s marketing plan. Work cross functionally with Product/ Project Managers and Account Managers in multiple eLearning projects, for B2P customers from Romania, UK, Cyprus, Dubai, and more.▪ Product marketing: working with the Account Managers and Project/Product Managers to define product specifications and product strategy.▪ Marketing collaterals: develop a wide range of materials for international eLearning projects – presentations, online content, case studies, product demos, content catalogues, so on.▪ Run competitive analysis.▪ Organize and participate in eLearning events worldwide.▪ Write and submit applications for international eLearning competitions.▪ Collaborate with the company’s strategic partners in joint eLearning projects (Microsoft, Intel, HP).
