Developed and reviewed contracts performance measurement metrics (KPIs). Managed transaction compliance (milestone, deliverables, invoicing, etc.) to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and in compliance with the applicable regulations, policies, procedures and signed contracts. Timely identified the issues, special circumstances or breaches of contracts and recommend solutions. Developed claims settlement solutions. Updated and maintained a contract register of all contracts, agreements for the function, keeping “as-built” documentation, performance reviews and other relevant documents. Prepared financial reports for the function (account reconciliations, closing of accounting books, expenditure, forecasts, etc.) Prepare ad-hoc analysis for relevant stakeholders.
