Responsibilities:• Provide architectural design and guidance in software development. Participate in development lifecycle for new applications starting with system design and finishing with supporting documentation, deployment, and post-production support.• Provide guidance around internal processes and standards. Build and constantly improve processes in the following areas: application development, communications, change management, issues tracking and continuous integration.• Perform audit of existing systems, provide recommendations on improving systems’ performance, support legacy applications.• Perform research tasks in order to find better alternatives to existing solutions, perform POCs with new tools, platforms and technologies.

Creating solutions using SharePoint technologies (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, SharePoint Designer): analyzing business requirements, designing architecture and implementing it using development and customization. Working with Web Content Management system (Publishing functionality) of MOSS2007.

Working in a team on Competentum.ShareKnowledge - SharePoint-based Learning Management System. Customizing product for a specific customer and developing custom SharePoint integration tools as needed.

Administration of the company LAN (Microsoft Windows 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, MS SQL Server 2000). Support and maintenance of existing in-house code (.NET, c#, MS SQL 2000).
