I'm a strategist and writer who enjoys using technology to foster success and solve complex situations with simple solutions.After completing my Library & Information Science and Information Systems degrees, I joined SiteRocket Labs as a project manager and lead editor/writer. I quickly identified opportunities for improving efficiency, communication, and team morale. As a result, I was promoted to operations lead and asked to implement a company-wide workflow process and introduce new tools to help our cross-functional teams work together more effectively. Thanks to my strategies, we experienced increased productivity and company-wide growth.For the past ten years, I've worked as an operations leader and communication specialist with startups and agencies. My focus is enabling cross-functional teams to work together effectively. I create customized workflows, implement software solutions, write UX content, and create documentation that supports each team's unique needs. My role is identifying the right solutions to solve problems and opening doors for success.
