From my past experience of working part-time at Dunkin, I have learned a level of service to not only customers but to those with whom I worked along with. In addition, I learned how to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve through communication and analysis of an issue. I am currently working as a production assistant at Quinnipiac University where I have the opportunity to be in the control room and learn how to operate equipment for live broadcasting shows. Through this work, I have gained skills in operating equipment for the teleprompter, floor director, and audio. I have been able to transition my past skills of working in a fast-paced environment into this current position as live television can come with many unexpected events. In the future, I plan to excel in my skills of operating in a control room with a live broadcast. My current skills in organization and being familiar with a fast-paced environment have helped with my current position and I hope for it to carry on into my future career.
