When I was a child, when adults asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I firmly answered: "I will be a lawyer!". That was the beginning of my story in the world of law …I had the opportunity to deepen the knowledge of the law from a dual point of view, as a scholar and as an attorney. The experience in University gave me the capability to understand, construe and manage the principles of law, besides, it broadened my mind. The legal practice taught me pragmatism, the aptitude to solve real problems, to find norms that fit each special case.My skills and professionalism have grown thanks to the teachings of many people, but my only and true “Maestro” is Prof. Avv. Alberto Musy, a brilliant and enlightening mind who, unfortunately for the world, turned off too soon.Among the myriads of branches of law, my expertise focuses on contracts, corporate and commercial law.I chose to deepen my knowledge of the law of contracts, first of all, because I consider it the most creative branch of law. Contracts are the means through which people and companies bargain and do business, the biggest engine of economic growth, the greatest expression of the market and its self-determination and self-government.Dealing with corporate law is exciting and also fascinating, every day is a new experience and new learning. It makes you feel part of the company's business and contribute to its growth. Being a corporate lawyer means always thinking about the bigger picture and not just the details. I am passionate about IT and the digital economy, the developments and consequences they determine in the world of law. During my leisure, I organize canoe slalom international events.
