“When I grow up, I would like to be a grandmother.” This has always been my answer alongside being an animator of cartoons. Somehow, this childhood memory has been present throughout my career, and guess what happened? I am a multidisciplinary creative with international work experience, mainly as a broadcast and digital designer (motion graphics, digital compositor DCs, photo retoucher) in the media industry. My work has varied greatly from project to project in the United Kingdom, Canada, Denmark, and Spain. I'm a skilled designer, approaching every project as an engaging journey where creativity and critical thinking flourish effortlessly.Due to my passion for food and sustainability, I became a food educator in sustainable gastronomy with extensive professional experience as a food writer/researcher, cooking instructor, and recipe developer. Throughout my career, I slow-cooked with love a personal project from scratch, called Grandma Sita, a tribute to my grandmother Rosita (Sita is short for Rosita). And it’s a tribute to our grandmothers because this generation valued their resources and food. Now more than ever their wisdom is super valuable to the world. Grandma Sita is a cute puppet handmade from recycled materials, and the heart of a food education impact start-up, aligned with the SDGs.
